Here are our suggestions that will provide you with a wonderful finished product!
* Use a design program that allows you to design in CMYK.
* Design in a CMYK color profile, not RGB. RGB is used to display color through the monitor and consists of red, green, and blue. CMYK is Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black. This is the (full) color profile.
* Use process colors instead of Pantone or Spot colors. Using Spot, may cause slight discoloration when printed.
* Provide 300 DPI photo / artwork files for optimum results.
* Supply linked images in a separate folder or embed them at the expense of a larger file size.
* Include any fonts used in a linked folder. If this is not provided, it may be substituted with a similar font.
* Check and double check every detail of the design. Check for any typos to ensure 100% satisfaction with final product.
* Always use the provided templates we supply. This is to ensure compatibility and a creates a smoother, faster production process.
* We use Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign on PC for all in house designs. Conversions are possible, just send an inquiry to RSBSales@hotmail.com - ask about our graphic design options.

PDF's (Portable Document Format) are electronic files readable with Adobe Acrobat and are our standard proofing format. Because the color of PDF files can be affected by monitor calibration, the colors on a PDF proof may not be accurate. PDFs do, however, provide a reasonable means for checking the accuracy & layout of your files for print.
Our Proof Checklist
* Are all pages included in the proof?
* Are all images/photos included and in proper placement?
* Are photos cropped correctly? Are all photos facing the proper direction?
* Do photos and graphics have good contrast?
* Are all fonts correct?
* Is the text crisp and spaced properly?
* Are the margins and page alignments correct?
* Double check all names, addresses, email, web addresses, and telephone numbers.
* Double check spelling and punctuation.
* Are there any missing characters or broken type?
* Are there dust spots, printing marks, or dirt marks?
* Check color placement and color consistency throughout the pages. If you have received a color accurate proof, are the colors correct?
* Measure the final trim size and check folds for accuracy.
* Verify any finishing elements like die-cuts, embossing, foils, varnishes, etc.
* Verify that bleeds extend beyond the trim marks.
* Confirm the weight and color of the final paper stock. |

| It is understood and agreed that an over-run or under-run of ten percent constitutes delivery of this order. Price to be adjusted accordingly. Ship date will be confirmed upon receipt of printing negatives/proofs at RSB Sales. Ship dates discussed prior to receipt of these items are strictly estimates and are not guaranteed. Subject to any applicable taxes. All prices are based on material and production costs at the time of quotation. A quotation not accepted within thirty (30) days is subject to review. |

Our products are printed on 13 pt. and 15 pt. coated / uncoated board stock. Our quantities begin as low as #50 depending on product requested! Turn times vary due to seasonal volume. CD Duplication / Replication
Details:
Duplication starts with a blank CD-R or DVD-R disc. Your program data/audio is duplicated (or "burned") onto the disc. There is no minimum order for duplication. This option is a has a very fast turn time as well. It is higher per-unit pricing than replication.
Replication starts with raw poly-carbonate pellets - there is no "blank disc". Discs are injection molded - your data or audio is embedded / molded into disc right off the press - forever. Minimum order quantities are typically 1,000 for new orders; 500 for reorder. Turn times from 2 weeks (for discs only) to 3 weeks - depending on packaging. Lower per-unit pricing than duplication.

Digital Print Banners
Details:
First of all, these are digitally printed banners, NOT stickers! These banners are printed on 13 oz. flame retardant vinyl. The hems are welded with grommets every 2 feet. We have experience with all types of graphics packages. If you have any question about artwork setup /design please email us. Pricing is based on a "print-ready" file.
Mac or PC
Adobe Illustrator, QuarkXpress, Freehand, Adobe Acrobat, Corel Draw, and Photoshop files.
All other applications can be exported as Adobe Illustrator (.AI) files, Encapsulated Postscript (.eps) or any of the above. Ask us about our graphic design options, we have a wonderful graphic designer on hand to help with any needs you may have.
Colors:
Many color systems are hard to match, therefore please send an accurate color copy of the image, color chips or color reference (use Pantone coated or Pantone process); we will match your choices as closely as possible.
Fonts:
Please send all fonts used in the files. Whenever possible, convert all type to curves, paths or outlines.
Recommended Resolution
Billboard Quality: 1" = 1" at 10 ppi
Billboards: 1"=1' at 240 PPI
Banner Quality: 1" = 1" at 100 ppi or higher.

The possibilities for booklets are endless. Some common orders we receive are for catalogs, directories, manuals, price listings, programs, handbooks, cookbooks, & more. Our booklets can be printed in black & white or full color. We have several different binding options including stapled (saddle stitched), comb (GBC plastic bound), and glued (perfect bound).

Business Cards
Details:
Standard 1 and 2 color cards:
This printing is done by Thermo-engraving. This process uses heat to bond a plastic resin to the printing ink, resulting in a raised surface that closely resembles high-priced engraving. These cards are printed on our standard white Bristol card stock - ask about other stock options. Standard colors include black, gray, orange, red, gold, purple, cyan, silver, teal, reflex blue, yellow, & burgundy.
Full color cards:
Our full color cards are printed on 100 lb. gloss cover.
