Those of you who have visited or had been involved with the original radiocos.org site will notice that the “shows” we once produced have been replaced with a 24/7 streaming format. Each show category is now a “channel” on WCER. Each channel features both music programming and advertising.

Channel 1 - Ambient: This replaces the original “Spatial Waves” from radiocos. This channel features music from the Ambient and Electronica genres.

Channel 2 - Celtic: This replaces the original “Cosmic Kilt” show from radiocos. This channel features music from the Celtic genre.

Channel 3 - Indie: This channel IS Independent Radio. This channel features music from not only the Indie genre but also quite a few other genres of original independent musicians.

Channel 4 - Shows: This channel features primarily old radio Sci-Fi shows and replaces the original Sci-Fi hour from radiocos. We may also throw in an occasional talk show discussing content of other shows on this channel or commentary on other aspects of the Sci-Fi genre.

Look for more channels to come in the future as WCER grows.

About the new WCER player:
The new player does use a popup to launch, so you may need to enable popups for this site. The new player was designed by our own Scotty D in an effort to create a 24/7 streaming format for the music we feature on WCER. Each hour has a playlist. If you open the player in that hour, the programming for that hour will start at the beginning. You’ll never miss a beat listening to WCER!
